The Hayloft is for hire by training businesses, by companies and organisations that have their own “in-house” trainers and for hire to people who run courses on special interests and for team building and management development.
It is also suitable for use as an external boardroom, or for those “days in the wood” that allow scope for getting out of the office and focussing on strategic issues or brainstorming. We also have our own “break-out” room for those occasions when your group needs to separate into smaller groups.
The Hayloft can accommodate up to 10 delegates and the furniture layout can be arranged to suit requirements. The room is light and airy and completely private.
A computer projector, screen and PCs, white boards, flip charts and note pads can be provided at no extra cost. Also included is broadband internet, with wireless and cable access. Other equipment may be hired at a daily rate.
Refreshments
Hot and cold drinks are within the main room and can be accessed at all times and/or provided at set times. Biscuits or pastries can be available for delegates upon arrival, if required.
Two-course, home-cooked lunches are served in the comfort of the large kitchen within the main building, or alternatively sandwiches and finger food can be delivered to the Hayloft, or to the garden if the weather is fine. Leisure opportunities
The grounds of Bradgate Manor are peaceful and private and the small woodland has bluebells and daffodils in the springtime and a cool canopy during summer time whilst the autumn leaves and winter branches of the mature oak and beech trees are a delight to be enjoyed by all.
The Hayloft is just a few minutes walk away from the historic ruins of Netley Abbey and from the shore of Southampton Water; a busy and interesting waterway, where it is possible to view (and, in some cases, participate in) windsurfing, sailing, kite flying and just watching the ocean-going liners and commercial shipping that are a regular feature. How to book and hire charges
The Hayloft at Bradgate Manor is available for hire on a daily basis. As a guide, hire charges are calculated on the basis of £30 per delegate per day (up to 8 hours). There will be a minimum charge of £180 for up to six delegates, plus £30 for each additional delegate. The charges include hot and cold drinks and home made biscuits upon arrival and during morning and afternoon break times. In addition a sandwich/finger-food lunch (prepared on the premises with a variety of fillings) can be provided for £7 per person, or alternatively a delicious home-cooked, two-course lunch for £12 per person.
If you wish to hire for morning, afternoon or evening sessions only, then please contact us so that we can put together a package that meets your requirements.
