From the West or from the North (Click here for directions from the East)
Get onto the M27 going east towards Portsmouth (The A31 from Ringwood turns into the M27)
(From the west go past the M271 and M3 exits) Go past exit 6 (Southampton airport) pass exit 7. Just after exit 7 take exit 8 towards Hamble (third exit off the exit roundabout). Note that exit 8 is only a few hundred yards past exit 7.
At the big Windhover/Tesco roundabout take the second exit towards Hamble.
After 2 mini roundabouts take a right onto Portsmouth Road signposted to Woolston.
Take 2nd left after about half a mile onto Grange road.
Go straight on at the next crossroads (where you have to stop.)
Carry on until the next stop sign where you will see Southampton Water in front of you.
Turn right here (you are now very close so go slowly)
After about 250 yards, take the next right which is a difficult blind turn onto a private road sign posted “Private Road to Fountains Park”.
Bradgate Manor is the second drive on the left, it is just past the big white gateposts of the first drive.
From the East
Get onto the M27 going west
Take exit 8 and follow signs to Hamble (first exit off the exit roundabout)
At the big Windhover/Tesco roundabout take the second exit towards Hamble
After 2 mini roundabouts take a right onto Portsmouth Road signposted to Woolston.
Take 2nd left after about half a mile onto Grange road.
