Bradgate Manor is a 19C former vicarage, situated  in the village of Netley Abbey, near to Southampton. Set in 4 acres of woodland and informal gardens, Bradgate Manor is a tranquil and attractive venue for events and wedding receptions. We also offer Bed & Breakfast and Self-catering accommodation and feel that the house and grounds would be ideal as a film location.

Within the grounds is a room called The Hayloft, for hire as a business, training and meeting venue. It is ideal for small groups (up to 12 people.) The Hayloft is a light, airy room where we also run a variety of interesting and enjoyable recreational courses . Enquiries are welcomed from people who teach arts and crafts, who lecture on  subjects of special interest and from groups who wish to meet regularly. For larger groups there is the opportunity to run events or meetings in a marquee.

Bradgate Manor is the home of Lindsey and Ned Neve. Lindsey has a wealth of experience in the organisation of small, medium and large events and business meetings, gained during 11 years as Chief Executive of a national charity. Ned is a consultant engineer and a keen sailor.  Lindsey and Ned work together with Josie Rawlinson who has a background in sales and events organisation; together they ensure that your visit or event will be hosted with the minimum of fuss and with a professional and friendly approach.   They are also confident that from the moment you enter the driveway you will start to share their pleasure at being in such a delightful place.
